Changing an Inventory Balance in Load Inventory

1. Select the LOAD INVENTORY option from the Select An Option window.

2. Enter the Old ID used to load the item. If an Old ID was not used, then enter the item group for the item to change. Press F3 to display a Select An Item Group window with a list of item groups from which to choose from. Select an item group and then select the item to that needs to be changed.

3. If the item is lotted, enter the location where the item is stored. Press F3 to display a Select A Location window from which to choose from. Scroll to the appropriate location and press Enter to confirm your selection. If the location is slotted, enter the slot number for the item that needs to be changed.

4. If the item being loaded is lotted, enter the lot number in the Lot field. Press Enter when finished.

5. Command options will display:

 

Select Change.

6. Make the necessary changes to the following fields:

 

If the item, location, lot, or slot is incorrect, the record must be deleted and re-entered. See Deleting Load Inventory and Using Load Inventory.

Use the Tab, Enter, Page Down, or arrow keys to move through the remaining fields when finished.

7. Command options will appear:

 

Select Update.

Important: Your changes will not be saved unless you select Update.
